To set up VoiceMeeter Banana for streaming, you must direct your physical audio hardware into the software, split your Windows audio channels, and route those individual tracks directly into OBS Studio. This configuration allows you to completely isolate your microphone, game sound, and Discord music or chat. 1. Windows Sound Control Panel Settings
Before launching the application, you must change your operating system defaults to let VoiceMeeter govern your audio routing.
Default Playback Device: Set VoiceMeeter Input (VAIO) as your default Windows playback device.
Default Communication Device: Set VoiceMeeter Aux Input (AUX VAIO) as your default communication device.
Match Sample Rates: Open the properties for both devices. Set the format to 48,000 Hz (Studio Quality) to prevent cracking or distortion.
Disable Windows Ducking: Navigate to the “Communications” tab. Select Do nothing so Windows won’t lower your stream volume automatically. 2. Configure VoiceMeeter Hardware Inputs and Outputs
Open the VoiceMeeter Banana application to establish your hardware monitoring and physical microphone input. The BEST Voicemeeter SETUP GUIDE on YouTube!
