Gmail allows you to natively print a single email or an entire conversation thread, but it does not have a built-in feature to select and print multiple separate emails at once. To achieve bulk printing, you must rely on manual clever workarounds or third-party email clients and tools. 1. Printing a Single Email
If you only need to print an individual message out of a longer thread, follow these steps: Open the email you wish to print.
Click More (the three vertical dots icon) located in the top-right corner of the specific message box (not the top right of the whole page). Click Print. 2. Printing an Entire Conversation Thread
If you want to print all consecutive replies and messages within one specific email chain: Open the conversation thread you want to print.
Look at the very top right of the main control panel (above the first message) and click the Print all icon (shaped like a small printer).
Adjust your print layout configuration in the browser window and click Print. 3. Workarounds for Printing Multiple Separate Emails
Because Gmail lacks a native batch-printing function, you can use one of these alternative methods to accomplish bulk workflows: The Forward-as-Attachment Method (No Tools Required) Print Gmail messages – Computer – Google Help
